Aggie qualified as a dentist in 1996 in Poland with Dentistry and Bio-medical Science Degree. And has been part of the Homemill team since 2012. She enjoys providing patient-centred dental care and is known for her calm and reassuring manner. She has a great rapport with nervous patients and is a firm favourite with our Child patients. She really enjoys the challenge of cosmetic and restorative dentistry and is very confident in performing Endodontic treatments.

Outside of work, Aggie enjoys travelling, long walks, spending time outdoors, reading, crocheting, and looking after her plants.

Revathi Homemill

Dr Revathi is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, with a philosophy grounded in preventative and minimally invasive dentistry to support long-term oral health. She has a particular passion for aesthetic dentistry and spends much of her time creating bespoke smile makeovers. Whether enhancing smiles through clear aligners, veneers, composite bonding, or professional tooth whitening, Revathi is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, confident results.

Known for her caring and compassionate approach, she excels at putting even the most nervous patients at ease. Dr Revathi completed her dental degree in India before obtaining an MSc in Restorative Dentistry with distinction from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in 2022. Her postgraduate research has been published in the Journal of Dentistry, a leading international dental journal.

She regularly undertakes advanced courses across the UK to remain at the forefront of modern dental techniques and innovations. She currently practises in Bournemouth and New Milton.

Frederick is a caring and ethical dentist that is warm and polite, coupled with a sense of humour and a willingness to add value to those around him.

He has 27 years’ experience in dentistry in both public and private sectors in South Africa and the UK, including owning a dental practice in South Africa for almost 13 years.

He enjoys spending time with family, running, exploring and travelling.

Juliana

Dr Juliana is passionate about dentistry, with a special interest in orthodontics and clear aligner treatment, and is committed to delivering the best possible care to her patients. Her caring nature ensures that patients feel truly listened to, with treatment plans tailored to meet their expectations and individual needs.

She graduated in Brazil from one of the most highly regarded dental universities in Latin America and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Portugal. After moving to England, Juliana further developed her interest in orthodontics and obtained a postgraduate diploma in orthodontics.

Following her studies, Juliana chose to settle in Europe, where she could combine her professional development with her love of travel. After her first visit to the UK, she decided to make the South of England her permanent home and now lives in Christchurch. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, and hiking around the New Forest and along the Dorset coast.

Jason graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2010. Being born and raised in Poole he is proud to be serving his local community and is thrilled to be working at his own childhood practice.

His main area of expertise include oral surgery and dental implants where he has had over 10 years’ experience having trained at the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in London and worked at the Oral and Maxillofacial unit at Poole Hospital. As an appointed educational supervisor, he also mentors newly qualified dentists in the Dorset area.

He still practises family dentistry and likes to spend the time to get to know his patients and to help put them at ease.

Outside of dentistry, Jason enjoys travelling, cooking, climbing, snowboarding and water sports.

Laura is a dual-qualified Dental Hygienist and Therapist who graduated from the University of Portsmouth in January 2010. With over 20 years of dental experience, she is passionate about providing gentle, high-quality care and takes particular pride in supporting children and patients who feel anxious about dental treatment.

Known for her calm and reassuring approach, Laura strives to make every patient feel comfortable, confident, and at ease during their visit. She believes that positive dental experiences, especially at a young age, can make a lasting difference to long-term oral health.

Outside of work, Laura is a busy mum to two young children and loves spending time outdoors with her family. She also has dogs and is actively involved in dog rescue, which she supports in her spare time — a passion that reflects her caring nature both in and out of the clinic.

Felicity Homemill

Felicity joined our team in 2019 as a qualified hygienist, who graduated with Distinction from the University of Cardiff in 2017. She was awarded the prize for clinical excellence in 2016.

In addition to her hygienist qualification, Felicity also has a Biochemistry Honours Degree from Exeter University.

In her spare time she enjoys tennis, Pilates and travelling.

Sadie Walter-Higgins

Nicola Lock

Nicky joined Homemill in 1987 and has been a much-loved member of the team ever since. She is known for her gentle, reassuring chairside manner and has a natural way of putting even the most nervous patients at ease. Nicky has worked alongside Fred for many years, building strong relationships with both patients and colleagues. When she’s not at work, she loves baking and spending precious time with her family, especially her grandsons and her Yorkshire terrier, Alfie.

Sophie Lopez

Sophie has 15 years of nursing experience, 10 of which have been spent as part of the Homemill team.

She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental visit, and working closely alongside Frederick to provide high quality patient care.

When not working Sophie enjoys exploring the New Forest and beaches with her young family.

Julie joined our reception team in 2022, she always goes above and beyond to help our patients. Julie relocated from Essex in 2019 and embraces the outdoor life enjoying kayaking, paddleboarding and walking in the New Forest.

Sophie Austin

As the dental receptionist at the practice, I have been part of the team for over a year. I am often one of the first people you will meet when you arrive and am always happy to help with appointments, answer any questions, or assist however I can. I really enjoy helping patients feel relaxed, welcomed, and well cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
